Returns & Exchanges Policy

PURESMOOTH PRIVATE LIMITED

1. Eligibility

We offer returns and exchanges on most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition with tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear
• Customized or altered garments
• Items marked "Final Sale"

3. Process

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support with your order number and product images.

Once approved, you may ship the product back to us.

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes quality checks.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at purchase.

Exceptions / Exchange Details

• If the item is damaged or defective, customers can request a replacement or full refund.
• Exchanges are processed only if the same item/size is available.
