Thank you for choosing PURESMOOTH PRIVATE LIMITED. We strive to deliver high-quality clothing products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return if requested within seven (7-10) days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Have undamaged original packaging
  • Include all tags, labels, accessories, and manuals

Items that show signs of wear, usage, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once your RMA is approved, securely pack the product in its original condition and include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Send the package to the address below:

Important: Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

Important Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • PURESMOOTH PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
  • Refunds, store credits, or exchanges are processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit or debit card, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund, store credit, or exchange has been completed.

Exceptions to Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased on sale or marked as "FINAL SALE"
  • Gift cards and software or digital downloads
  • Special-order or customized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or expedited refund.
