Thank you for shopping with PURESMOOTH PRIVATE LIMITED. This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through our platform.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. However, to ensure fair processing for all customers, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:

Cancellation Timeframe

  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within ten (10) days of placing the order.
  • However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or the product is out for delivery.
  • In such events where cancellation is not possible, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Important Notice:

Once the shipping process has been initiated by our merchant partners, cancellations cannot be processed. In such cases, you may proceed with the return process upon delivery of the product.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

Eligibility Requirements

In order to become eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • The item must have its original packaging intact and undamaged
  • All tags, labels, accessories, and manuals must be included
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as "FINAL SALE" may not be eligible for return or exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team within ten (10) days of receipt of products. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the platform has checked and determined the same at its own end.

Product Not as Expected

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within ten (10) days of receiving the product. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of the returned/exchanged product.

Refund Timeline

  • If the return is approved after the quality check at our end, your request (return/exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
  • In case of any refunds approved by PURESMOOTH PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take ten (10) days for the refund to be processed to you.
  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit or debit card, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund, store credit, or exchange has been completed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • PURESMOOTH PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products/items are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of products would be identified to you at the time of purchase. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased on sale or marked as "FINAL SALE"
  • Gift cards and software or digital downloads
  • Special-order or customized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
  • Items that show signs of wear, usage, washing, or alteration

Warranty Products

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer according to the terms of their warranty policy.

Replacement Policy

Only items found to be defective or damaged will be replaced by us based on an exchange request. The replacement is subject to availability and quality inspection at our end.
